Join us to discuss and sample foods from a different region/topic each month. This month, we celebrate and discuss food in the U.S. South. Our favorite librarian, Kelsey Smith, has selected a few short articles on Southern cooking maven Edna Lewis (email classes@olympiafood.coop for the links), and each person is invited to read and bring any food-related book on the Southern United States, be it novel, cookbook, cozy mystery, or memoir.
