Parting a Whole Chicken & Making Bone Broth

Would you like to make your own chicken broth with less mess, less fuss, and more delicious chicken to enjoy for a good price? In this class, we will discuss some bone broth basics and nutrition. You will learn how to part a chicken, make bone broth in a crock pot, and review various soups made with chicken bone broth. Rylee will provide prepared broth for sampling, and we will also discuss some of the history of broth in the American food system and how it got pushed out of our diet.
