Meghan Hintz

Meghan began fermenting foods as a way to support her own healing. She is excited to share these skills with her community and involve people in actively caring for their own health with foods they’ve prepared themselves. Meghan became a Certified Fermentationist through her studies with Summer Bock and works with clients to improve their overall health through digestion. She has practiced massage since 2003 and is delighted to see the healing brought about by combining these two modalities.
